Returns and Exchanges Policy

We can only accept returns or exchanges if our goods are unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition, within 14 days of your order date.

If your Bobo’s order has arrived and is faulty or damaged from transit, please send us a photo to hello@bobosbeardcompany.co.uk and we will arrange your exchange. (This may be a refund if the item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable – we will always endeavour to supply like for like in this case).

If your exchange or return is due to a change of mind, you as the customer pay the full cost of returning the goods via secure packaging and delivery. Please see below for the return address.

If your exchange is due to your order arriving damaged or faulty from transit, we will replace your order without charge and we pay the cost of your return postage.

Please take any photos of the item arriving damaged/faulty and proof of postage. We must have this in order to process a faulty/damaged item.

Bobo’s Beard returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your goods.

When a refund is due, payment will be credited to your bank/credit card/Paypal account used to place the original order. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for your credit to appear in your account. We will endeavour to do this quicker.

When posting any return, please package Bobo’s products in the same way they arrived and secure them with tape to the package and include a brief note inside. Please include your name and order no and reason for return. You can also email any photos in support of your return to us here hello@bobosbeardcompany.co.uk.
