Delivery
The Bobo’s train is always in full swing, but we always aim to deliver your product within 3-5 days. Should you require something sooner, get in touch with us and we will do our very best to deliver.

Returns
We are sure you will love your Bobo’s products, but if you are not 100% satisfied we do offer a full 14 day returns policy, for unused products only. Money back can depend on inspection of the returned product, and we don’t pay the postage return cost if you change your mind, only if the product is faulty or not as ordered. Always get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will happily resolve any issue.

Payment options
We are currently accepting Paypal only on the website, or cash/card at our Stockists. However we will soon be up and running with full merchant ability, for all you card payers.
